Authorised professional use
The Regional SACT Governance Hub is provided for approved users carrying out legitimate professional work for participating organisations. Access is personal and must not be shared.
Clinical and governance responsibility
The Hub supports regional governance processes but does not replace professional judgement, local medicines governance, prescribing controls, clinical-system validation or the formal authority of participating organisations. Users remain responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information they contribute and decisions they record.
Prohibited content and activity
- Do not enter patient-identifiable or confidential patient information.
- Do not attempt to access information or functions outside your approved role.
- Do not share one-time codes, sessions or account access.
- Do not introduce malicious content, interfere with service operation or misuse exported material.
Audit and monitoring
Authentication, access, administrative changes and protocol-governance actions may be logged for security, accountability and service management.
Availability and change
The service may be changed, suspended or withdrawn to protect security, meet legal or governance requirements, or support maintenance. Material changes to these terms will be published here.
Intellectual property
Rights in source material, protocols and organisational content remain with their respective owners. Users must respect third-party copyright and licensing conditions when adding reference material.
