Accessibility statement

We want the Regional SACT Governance Hub to be usable by as many people as possible. The service is being developed with the aim of meeting WCAG 2.2 AA.

Using the service

You should be able to navigate using a keyboard, zoom text without loss of content, use clear focus indicators and understand form labels, validation messages and page structure.

Known limitations

The service is still under active development. Some complex tables, workflow interfaces and generated protocol content may require further accessibility testing and improvement before a formal conformance claim can be made.

Reporting a problem

Please email support@sacthub.co.uk with the page, task and assistive technology involved. We will investigate and provide an accessible alternative where reasonably possible.

Assessment approach

Accessibility will be reviewed through automated checks, keyboard testing, screen-reader testing and user feedback as the service progresses towards wider production use.
