About the service
Supporting collaborative regional SACT governance
The Regional SACT Governance Hub provides a shared workspace for participating NHS organisations to develop, review, approve, implement and publish systemic anti-cancer therapy protocol specifications.
Why the Hub exists
Regional protocol governance often depends on information held across documents, email chains and local trackers. The Hub is designed to make responsibilities, decisions and readiness visible in one controlled environment while preserving a clear audit trail.
Who it is for
The service is intended for approved clinicians, pharmacists, governance teams and other authorised staff from participating organisations. Access, roles, Trust membership and tumour-area responsibilities are managed within the service.
What the Hub supports
- Structured protocol specification development
- Pharmacy and lead-clinician review
- Regional consultation and representation
- Formal governance decisions and conditions
- Implementation, clinical-system build and independent QA
- Controlled publication and lifecycle management
